Best experience cant lie, JT took time to let me choose what i wanted, did not rush me to make any choices, let me try all the skates on so i could decide, me and my daughter felt supper comfortable in the shop and JT was genuinely giving me best advice on what i needed and what i didnt need not just tryna make a sale like other places! Came super quick with express delivery - delivered next day in time Christmas! Skates are true to size (got size 5/38) and feel so much more stable than my other skates - feels almost impossible to fall. Came fully assembled and only needed to loosen all trucks by half a turn just for my liking. I also bought toe plugs so really appreciated that they didn’t attach the toe stops - less work for me and the toe plugs fit like a glove. Completely satisfied!
