Nah i’m supper happy with my skates i found the perfect skates for me as a beginner with the perfect fit and the perfect colours and perfect wheels all set up instore for me and ready to go! Best experience cant lie, JT took time to let me choose what i wanted, did not rush me to make any choices, let me try all the skates on so i could decide, me and my daughter felt supper comfortable in the shop and JT was genuinely giving me best advice on what i needed and what i didnt need not just tryna make a sale like other places! Defo go to JT skates to get all the stuff u need to start skating and as a pro skater! I will b bk for my upgrade and new accessories!

Came super quick with express delivery - delivered next day in time Christmas! Skates are true to size (got size 5/38) and feel so much more stable than my other skates - feels almost impossible to fall. Came fully assembled and only needed to loosen all trucks by half a turn just for my liking. I also bought toe plugs so really appreciated that they didn’t attach the toe stops - less work for me and the toe plugs fit like a glove. Completely satisfied!
